⏰ Arrivals & Appointments

• Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened or postponed treatments.
• Deposit required to secure your booking.

💷 Deposits & Rebooking

• 20% non-refundable deposit deducted from total treatment cost.
• Deposit must be paid within 48 hours or slot released.
• Rebooking requires 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing deposit.
• Missed appointments = deposit lost; new deposit required.

⚠️ Important Treatment Information

• Previous PMU? Email a photo to wendysaiet@live.co.uk before booking.
• Lip PMU/augmentation clients with cold sore history must take preventative medication. Active cold sores = appointment cancelled & deposit lost.
• Appointments 15+ minutes late = cancelled & deposit lost.
• No children in clinic.

❌ Cancellations

• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.
• Late cancellations or no-shows = 20% treatment fee.
• We will try to reschedule wherever possible.

🎁 Gift Vouchers

• Can be used as full or part payment.
• Valid for 1 year; non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash.
• May be refused if damaged, tampered, or forged.
